How do I apply?

If you would like to apply for admission at St. Michael, please gather the following:

• Copy of most recent grade report (if a transfer student)
• Copy of immunization records
• Copy of  birth certificate
• Copy of 1040 tax form (if applying for financial assistance)

After you gather these items, call 765.282.9353 to schedule a meeting.
